Privacy policy

Our free converters process input locally in your browser. Support forms and chat, when enabled, collect your email, message, optional name, service request and files you choose to attach. Messages are stored in Cloudflare D1 and uploads in private Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare Turnstile protects submissions. Emails may be handled by Resend and Google Gmail. When AI assistance is enabled, message text may be processed by the OpenAI API, but uploaded files are not automatically sent to AI. Do not submit passwords or confidential data. We keep enquiries as needed for support; automatic scheduled deletion is not yet configured. Request access, correction or deletion by email at vbatoolshub.support@gmail.com. Google Analytics 4 runs only after consent and does not receive message or file contents.
